Pretty, and eloquent, and giving the air of being very charming, Rose is very popular with much of the lower nobility, and also with the proletariat. (Most of the upper nobility, who see her more regularly, are strong supporters of Gaila, and many of them feel that Rose has a bit of a cold manner.)
