Father of Gaila Annamaria and Rose Eloise. We won't see much of him, as he's been dead for seven years when our story begins. Not exactly the best ruler Vesta ever had. He was sortof a party-guy. It seemed like a relief, at first, after his own father, who'd been almost something of a tyrant. However, as time went on it became more apparent that Niccolo was, well...not actively making things worse, but letting them become so because he didn't care enough to really do anything.
