Andreas Nahuel, younger brother of Felipe, and third prince of Ceres. (They've got, like, six other siblings. I will probably not make it a point to draw their entire family.) He's Céres' minister of culture...but preparing to resign from the job in favor of an, ah...alternative position.
Amistad is a glow-in-the-dark lion cub...a gift from the Céresa royal family to that of Vesta. Rose Eloise totally adores him.
